Job Title: Field Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Keep track with NOOR resources at NOOR nodes (power, space..).
• Installing new core devices in co-ordination with Core team
• Periodical checking of nodes, mainly core nodes.
• Handle any problem related to NOOR nodes and Central offices.
• Troubleshooting transmission problems with Telecom Egypt.
• Keeping NOOR nodes environment in good shape (Air conditioning, cabling).

Qualifications & skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Communications or Computer Science are preferred).

• Excellent Command of English language.
• Capability for problem handling.
• Able to work in team work environment and perform under time pressures.

Required technical skills set:
• Good knowledge of Data connectivity and Internet services.

• Should be able to acquire information about new solutions.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecommunication/IT market/ISP.
• CCNA is preferred.

• Handle after sales technical support.
• Handle daily customer problems/requests.
• Running First level troubleshooting steps.
• Isolate customer problem and handle escalations to appropriate support team level.
• Follow up on customer technical cases and provide feedback.

Qualifications & skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering (Communications or Computer Science are preferred).
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Excellent Command of English language.
• Passion for Customer Service.
• Excellent customer interaction attitude is extremely important.
• Able to work in team work environment and perform under time pressures.
• Should be able to work in different shifts (morning, evening and night).
